So my amazing Gramma gave me a cool bread loaf pan for Christmas and I wanted an excuse to use it, so I got her favorite bread recipes and I tried this one out :) Super, super yummy and I loved the recipe! I'll definitely use it again.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/4 C butter
3/4 C sugar
1 Egg
2/3 C mashed bananas
1 C flour
1/2 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and distribute into the pan of your choice. Bake for 40-45 minutes.

Happy Easter!
Happy Easter all! In celebration of Christ's resurrection, I decided to make the symbolic, yet delicious Easter Rolls. Just like Christ when He was placed in the tomb, these rolls have something special inside of them that after they are baked aren't there anymore, just like Christ wasn't there after He was resurrected.

Only in College...
So what happens when you and your roommate can't sleep? You make muffins at 3:00 in the morning :) This was just a box recipe, but they were probably the best Lemon Poppy Seed Muffins ever. The fact that we were loopy might have helped the taste level, but who cares ;)
