Muddy Buddies

Must be General Conference time! Tis a tradition to indulge in this delicious and easy to make treat :)
9 cups Rice Chex, Corn Chex, or Chocolate Chex cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Into a large bowl, measure cereal, set aside

In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter uncovered on high for 1 minute; stir. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over cereal, stirring until evenly coated (this is the best part! Using your hands is the best way to mix the chocolate mix and cereal together :) ). Pour into two gallon resealable food storage plastic bags.

Add powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake until well coated. Coat the bowl used to cover the cereal with the chocolate mixture with a little powdered sugar and pour the coated cereal back into the bowl.

Careful though, this stuff is very addicting ;) Enjoy!

Taco Tuesday Baby!

Thank you Taco Bell :)

Make Me a Pizza!

Alright, so I've had an intense craving for pizza for the longest time. Whenever I was hungry (alright, even when I wasn't hungry :P) I would just yearn for it!! So, instead of going out and buying a pizza for a price that will make me cringe and coat my insides with grease, I made my momma's homemade pizza :) I was worried that it would be hard to make the dough without a bread machine, but it was super easy! Just be sure not to over-kneed it. I think I did a little ha :P

Just a Hint

If you want to start a grease fire from BBQ-ing hamburger, buy it from Walmart. If not, I'd recommend somewhere with better quality meat. Oh, and just buy the patties already made. It's way too hard to BBQ patties you make yourself. However, it does cause for an adventure :) Thank goodness for our man-friend, Ryan to help save the burgers!

Cake Pancakes? Yes Please.

Oh my gosh I love Friday's. Treat day!!! And my good friend, Kiersten has started doing this healthy eating style with me and she's been good at it! Sniff. So proud. So since none of us had our early classes today, Kiersten, Jordan, and I decided to make a delicious Pinterest recipe. Cake Pancakes!! These. Are. So. Good. I thought they were going to be a lot cakey-er than they actually were, which is a good thing! Cuz then I could actually have two :) Only barely though haha. If you was to die a delicious death, make these now.
